MUSE ("we") operates the MUSE app, a property search and advisory platform for the Costa del Sol, Spain. Contact: info@musemarbella.es.
Account details you provide: name, email address and phone number (optional). Your answers to the opening questionnaire: what you are looking for, your budget, areas and wishes. Usage data created in the app: saved properties, saved searches, recently viewed listings, which sections of the app you open, the reels you watch, valuations you run, the language you use the app in (so that an advisor can contact you in your language). Messages you send to the Muse AI assistant. If you join the discussions: the nickname you choose and the opinions and rockets you post — other members see them under that nickname only, never your name or contact details. If you ask Muse AI by voice: your speech is turned into text by the speech recognition of your device’s operating system (on iPhone, Apple’s); we receive only that text, never the recording. If you subscribe to MUSE Access: the record of the purchase as signed by Apple — the product, the dates, a transaction identifier, the App Store country and the price — so that we know the subscription is active. We never receive your card or other payment details; payment is handled by Apple.
To operate your account, personalise search results, deliver AI chat answers, generate property selections and PDFs, and arrange viewings you request. MUSE is a property advisory: our advisory team sees your account details, your questionnaire and how you use the app, so that an advisor understands what you are looking for and can prepare relevant homes. With your permission, the text of the messages you send to Muse AI is processed by our infrastructure and by a third-party AI model provider (currently Google, Gemini API) solely to write the reply. Your name, e-mail address and phone number are not sent with it. You can withdraw this permission in Profile at any time.
We do not sell your personal data. The MUSE app on iPhone shows no third-party advertising and does not track you across other companies’ apps.
Our website app.museselection.es uses the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) only if you accept advertising cookies. It records page views and that an account was created, so we can see which of our ads work. If you came from one of our ads, the campaign tags and the ad click identifier are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and saved with your account. Without your consent nothing is sent to Meta from your browser, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Data is shared only with service providers needed to run the app and website (hosting, AI processing), with MUSE’s own advisory team, and, for advertising measurement only, with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. When you become our client through one of our ads, we may send Meta your e-mail or phone number in encrypted (hashed) form with the stage your enquiry reached, for example a viewing, so we learn which ads bring real clients. We may also use hashed contacts so that our ads are not shown to existing clients. You can object at any time at info@musemarbella.es. We do not pass your data to other agencies.
We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). Under GDPR you may also request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing info@musemarbella.es. We respond within 30 days.
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on servers in the European Union with access limited to authorised personnel.
